Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe, Nevada real estate agent. And this is the real estate housing market update for November, 2024, covering the sales from October, 2024. Currently we have 154 active listings. Last month we had 43 home sell and the median sales price last month was $1,212,000.
Currently we have 4.5 months worth of inventory, which is historically quite low and I would say quite good considering that we’re in the shoulder season right now.
