Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for June 2024, covering the sales from May 2024. 

Last month, we saw 18 homes sell, which is about the same as we saw the prior month when 19 homes sold. We currently have 145 active listings, and those two numbers together give us 8.1 months worth of inventory. And finally, the median sales price last month was $2,047,500.
