Transcript for July 2024 Housing Market Update:

Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe, Nevada real estate agent. This is the real estate housing market update for July 2024, covering the sales from June 2024.

 Last month, we saw13 homes sell, which is down from the prior month when 18 homes sold. The number of active listings went up, 176 active listings, and those two numbers together give us 13.5 months worth of inventory, which is historically quite high, but we did see a lot of new listings come on the market last month, so we really need to watch next month to see if the number of sales kind of match that. Finally, the median sales price last month was $1,725,000.
