Transcript for August 2024 Housing Market Update:

Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for August 2024 covering the sales from July 2024. 

Last month we saw 31 homes sell, which is a big jump up from the prior month when only 13 homes sold. We currently have 185 active listings and those two numbers give us 6 months worth of inventory. Finally, the median sales price last month was $1,395,000.
