Hi, I’m Max Sabo. You are Lake Tahoe Nevada Real Estate Agent and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for May 2024 covering the sales from April 2024.
This past month we saw the median sales price on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe drop to $950,000 with only 19 homes selling. The prior month, 33 homes sold. We also saw the number of active listings increase. Last month there were 107 active listings during update. Currently there are 124 active listings. So with fewer homes selling and more listings available, we saw the months worth of inventory increase to 6.5 months worth of inventory. This indicates that we’re in a more neutral market right now.
