Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe Nevada real estate agent, and this is the real estate housing market update for April 2024, covering the sales from March 2024.
This past month, we saw an increase in the number of sales with 33 homes selling. The prior month, only 17 homes sold. The median sales price last month was $1.1 million, and we currently have 3.2 months worth of inventory.
