Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Stateline Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for March 2024, covering the sales from February 2024. 

This past month, the median sales price in Stateline Nevada was $1,294,000. We saw six home sell, and there are currently 39 active listings. This gives us about 6.5 months worth of inventory, which is generally considered to be a healthy market.
