Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe Nevada real estate agent, and this is the real estate housing market update for February 2024 covering the sales from January 2024.
This past month we saw 20 home sell, which is up slightly from the month before when we saw 16 home sell. We currently have 101 active listings, and that gives us 5.1 month’s worth of inventory, and that indicates we’re generally in a healthy market. Currently the median list price is $1,995,000, and the median sales price last month was $1,650,000.
