Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Stateline Nevada Real Estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for January 2024, covering the sales from December 2023. This past month, we saw the number of sales drop significantly. Last month, only three homes sold in Stateline. The month before, 11 homes sold. Currently, we have 39 active listings, and that’s the same number of listings we had last month during our update when we also had 39 active listings. The median sales price last month was $1,170,000, and the current median list price is $798,000. I’m Max Sabo, your Stateline Nevada Real Estate agent.
