Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for October, 2023, covering sales from September, 2023. Last month, we continued to see a strong market in the Lake Tahoe Nevada area. We saw the number of home sales increase to 46, which is up by 7 from the month before. We saw a decrease in the number of active listings. Finally Finally we have 162 active listings, whereas last month when we did this, we had 189 active listings. And, of course, the rise in the number of sales and the drop in the number of listings has caused the month’s worth of inventory to decrease to 3.5 month’s worth of inventory.
