Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe, Nevada real estate agent. This is the real estate market update for September, 2023, covering the sales from August, 2023. This past month, we saw sales increase as the summer season has started to come to an end. We saw 39 home sell, which is 11 more than the month before, and that caused inventory to decrease from 5.5 months to 4.8 months worth of inventory. And we also saw the median sales price increase to $1.4 million. I’m Max Sabo, your Lake Tahoe, Nevada real estate agent.
