This is the Lake Tahoe Nevada Weekly Market Watch. Last week there were 10 new listings and 4 homes that sold. The listings range from a low price of $650,000 for a condo at Stateline with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to the highest priced home of $9.7 million. This is a 6 bedroom home with 5 and a half bathrooms in Glenbrook. It has a massive wine cellar. For the sold properties, the lowest priced property sold for $625,000. It’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Incline and it’s sold for its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $11.2 million. It’s a lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms and it actually sold for $1.7 million less than its asking price.
